The Authority shall not be entitled to sell or otherwise transfer any immovable asset, and any movable asset worth
more than One Hundred Thousand Rupees to any other person without the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
Provided that, it shall not be necessary to obtain the prior approval of Government of Nepal for the auction of such goods as are deemed obsolete or
otherwise unserviceable.
